Pblu Devs Terms of Use

General terms for our apps and services

Last updated: August 15, 2026

These Terms apply to the applications, games and related online services published by Pblu Devs (the “Apps”). By downloading, purchasing, accessing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility and safe play

Follow the age rating shown by your app store and any local minimum age for online services. If parental permission is legally required, a parent or guardian must approve use. Some Apps or content packs contain mature themes. Choose content settings suitable for the group, respect every participant's boundaries, and never use a prompt as pressure to do anything unsafe, unlawful or non-consensual. Players may skip any prompt.

Using the apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Apps for private entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store where you obtained them. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the apps except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Where an App offers online rooms, those rooms may be temporary and invitation-based. Anyone who receives a valid invitation may be able to enter, so share room links and codes only with people you trust. Do not attempt to access another room or impersonate another participant.

Community rules and moderation

Where an App allows you to submit content, you keep ownership of names, messages, answers, photos, audio and other content you submit. You give Pblu Devs a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the relevant App. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reported content retained temporarily for safety review, copies we must retain by law or material needed for a live security investigation.

You must not submit or share content that:

  • Is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory or intended to facilitate abuse.
  • Sexualises or exploits a minor, or depicts sexual activity involving a minor.
  • Reveals another person's private or sensitive information without permission.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Contains malware, spam, scams or instructions intended to disrupt or compromise the service.

Where available in an App, use the in-app controls to report messages, GIFs, photos, audio, written answers or device profiles, and to block devices you do not want to play with. Reporting and blocking are separate actions: a report normally removes the reported content from the room, while blocking removes the entire device and prevents it from joining rooms containing the blocking device while the block remains active.

A limited copy of reported content, together with room context and pseudonymous moderation identifiers, may be retained for human review for no more than 30 days. The evidence is erased earlier when the report is resolved or dismissed. You may also report illegal or abusive behaviour at [email protected]. Include the app name and only the minimum non-sensitive details needed to investigate. We may remove content or participants, restrict device access, preserve evidence or contact authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apps may offer Premium content through one-time purchases, subscriptions or other options described at the point of purchase. The displayed price and transaction are controlled by Apple, Google or Amazon. The store's payment, cancellation, refund and family-sharing rules apply. Deleting an App does not automatically cancel a subscription or refund a purchase. Eligible purchases can normally be restored on a compatible device using the same store account. Availability can differ by platform, country and App version.

Third-party services

Purchases, crash diagnostics and GIF search may rely on app stores, RevenueCat, Sentry and GIPHY. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply. Pblu Devs is not responsible for third-party content, services or availability outside our reasonable control.

Availability and changes

We may update, repair, suspend or discontinue a feature for security, legal, technical or product reasons. Online services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified where required.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided “as is” and without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Pblu Devs is not responsible for acts, challenges, messages or other content created by players. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending use and governing law

You may stop using the apps at any time. We may restrict online access when these Terms are materially or repeatedly breached. These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without removing any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring a claim available in your country.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and our Data Deletion page explains deletion options. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or through our contact page.
